Ian Williams
President/Project manager
Ian has spent the last decade working as a project manager/construction manager in Chemical,
Oil and gas and pulp/paper. He has had a key role in the successful completion of diverse, multi-disciplined projects ranging from 850K – 140M. Ian believes that with elite planning and organization that all projects can be brought in safely, on schedule and within budget. His drive to ensure a “zero harm” workplace and continued commitment to quality and safety is an integral part of our current operations.
Ryan Aylward
General Manager/Quality Control
Ryan has a broad range of experience in the mechanical contracting business. Beginning his career as a boilermaker, he received his red seals in both boilermaker and welder designations. Since this time he has moved into contracting as a pipe welder and steel fabricator at steamline industrial. Ryan developed the quality control program used today which has been registered with the TSSA and ITS. Ryan has welded and supervised welding to the highest standards of the petrochemical, power generation and pulp and paper industry.
